SUPERBRANCHE is a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) registered with the Strasbourg Trade and Companies Register under number 850 354 374, with its registered office at 8 allée Gaspard Monge, 67000 Strasbourg, represented by its President, Ms. Delphine Felder-Flesh (hereinafter the "Company" or "SUPERBRANCHE").

 

SUPERBRANCHE is the publisher of the website http://www.superbranche.com (hereinafter the "Site").

 

SUPERBRANCHE is a biotechnology company specializing in the production and development of innovative nanomaterials for the healthcare sector. Its expertise focuses particularly on drug monitoring for innovative therapies and on a theranostic approach, combining diagnostics and therapy in oncology. The company produces nanomaterials using magnetic nanoparticle manufacturing processes protected by the National Scientific and Technological Heritage Protection Protocol (PPST), under an agreement established with the Ministry of Health.

 

SUPERBRANCHE markets dendritic products and nanoparticles to companies involved in drug discovery and diagnostic or therapeutic development programs. These products, based on patented chemical processes, aim to eliminate common problems encountered during their development, such as aggregation and non-specific interactions, low water solubility, toxicity, and antigenicity.

 

Article A. GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR THE PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

 

SUPERBRANCHE, in its capacity as Data Controller, manages personal data in accordance with applicable legal provisions and in particular the French Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 in its current version and EU Regulation 2016/679 known as "GDPR" (hereinafter collectively "Applicable Regulations").

 

The legal terms used here with their first letter in capital letters refer to their definition under the GDPR, and in particular the following:

 

Personal data : any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person (hereinafter "Personal Data").

 

Processing manager : the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing; where the purposes and means of such processing are determined by Union or Member State law, the controller may be designated, or the specific criteria for its designation may be provided for, by Union or Member State law.

 

Subcontracting : the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which processes personal data on behalf of the Controller.

 

Treatment : any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.

 

Recipient : the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or any other body which receives communication of personal data, whether a third party or not.

 

Tiers : a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or body other than the data subject, controller, processor and persons who, under the direct authority of the controller or processor, are authorised to process personal data.

 

Consent : any freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous indication of the data subject's wishes by which he or she, by a statement or by a clear affirmative action, signifies agreement to the processing of personal data relating to him or her.

 

SUPERBRANCHE has appointed THE NEOSHEILDS Groupe DPMS as its Data Protection Officer (hereinafter "DPO"). The Personal Data for which SUPERBRANCHE is the Data Controller concerns its customers, users of its services and/or products, its prospects, partners and employees.

 

The Personal Data concerned is essentially identification and location data (names, telephone numbers, emails, addresses).

 

Each processing operation for which SUPERBRANCHE is the data controller pursues a specific purpose as described below.

 

Failure to provide the required Personal Data may prevent SUPERBRANCHE from fulfilling the purpose(s) pursued by each Processing.

 

SUPERBRANCHE protects Personal Data through administrative, organizational, software, legal, technical and physical measures to ensure its security, confidentiality, integrity and availability, in accordance with applicable regulations.

 

Only authorized persons have access to Personal Data; all technical and organizational measures are implemented against any accidental loss, and against any unauthorized access, use, modification and disclosure.

 

The recipients of this Personal Data are the company SUPERBRANCHE, its employees and subordinates and its possible strictly necessary professional partners, under contract with SUPERBRANCHE to guarantee the same conditions of confidentiality as those provided for herein.

 

Currently, no transfers of Personal Data are made outside the territory of the European Union. Should such transfers become necessary in the future, they will be carried out in accordance with the applicable territorial legal framework and with recipients guaranteeing the same level of protection for Personal Data as SUPERBRANCHE.

 

In accordance with applicable regulations, you have various rights related to the protection of personal data, including:

 

Right to information (Articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR): The right of the data subject to obtain clear information from SUPERBRANCHE regarding the use of their Personal Data and their rights

Permission to access (Article 15 of the GDPR): The right for the data subject to ask SUPERBRANCHE whether or not it holds Personal Data on him/her and to obtain a copy of it to check its content.

Right of rectification (Article 16 of the GDPR): The right of the data subject to rectify, amend or complete inaccurate information concerning him or her.

Right to erasure (Article 17 of the GDPR): The right of the data subject to obtain the erasure of his or her Personal Data where possible.

Right to data restriction (Article 18 of the GDPR): The right for the data subject to request the temporary freezing of the use of some of their Personal Data.

Right to portability The right of the person concerned to control the circulation and reuse of their Personal Data, to receive the data provided in a structured, machine-readable format and to communicate it to a third party.

Right of opposition The right of the data subject to object, on legitimate grounds, to being included in a file. They may object to their Personal Data being disseminated, transmitted or stored.

Right to withdraw consent The right of the person concerned to withdraw their consent at any time and without having to justify the reason, when the processing is based on that consent.

 

Finally, the person concerned can define, with the trusted person they have designated, guidelines relating to the retention, erasure and communication of their Personal Data after their death.

Article B. SPECIFIC CONDITIONS FOR THE PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA FOR EACH OF THE FOLLOWING CASES:

 

1. When you contact us at the email addresses provided on the "Contact Us" page of the Site.

 

The Personal Data you provide is processed by SUPERBRANCHE on the legal basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, for the legitimate interest of efficiently handling any questions or comments submitted to it, and solely for the purpose of responding to the question and/or comment submitted in the "message" field on this page. This data is retained by SUPERBRANCHE for the duration of the processing of your request/message. It will then be deleted within a maximum of thirty (30) days.

 

2. When you subscribe to the Newsletter via the Site.

 

When you click on "Subscribe to the newsletter" on the Site and check the following box:

Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the date of withdrawal. However, it will prevent SUPERBRANCHE from fulfilling the purpose(s) stated above.
