SUPERBRANCHE is the publisher of the website http://www.superbranche.com (hereinafter the "Site").

 

SUPERBRANCHE is a biotechnology company specializing in the production and development of innovative nanomaterials for the healthcare sector. Its expertise focuses particularly on drug monitoring for innovative therapies and on a theranostic approach, combining diagnostics and therapy in oncology. The company produces nanomaterials using magnetic nanoparticle manufacturing processes protected by the National Scientific and Technological Heritage Protection Protocol (PPST), under an agreement established with the Ministry of Health.

 

SUPERBRANCHE markets dendritic products and nanoparticles to companies involved in drug discovery and diagnostic or therapeutic development programs. These products, based on patented chemical processes, aim to eliminate common problems encountered during their development, such as aggregation and non-specific interactions, low water solubility, toxicity, and antigenicity.

 

Article A. GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR THE PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

 

SUPERBRANCHE, in its capacity as Data Controller, manages personal data in accordance with applicable legal provisions and in particular the French Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 in its current version and EU Regulation 2016/679 known as "GDPR" (hereinafter collectively "Applicable Regulations").

Consent : any freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous indication of the data subject's wishes by which he or she, by a statement or by a clear affirmative action, signifies agreement to the processing of personal data relating to him or her.

The Personal Data for which SUPERBRANCHE is the Data Controller concerns its customers, users of its services and/or products, its prospects, partners and employees.

 

The Personal Data concerned is essentially identification and location data (names, telephone numbers, emails, addresses).

 

Each processing operation for which SUPERBRANCHE is the data controller pursues a specific purpose as described below.

 

Failure to provide the required Personal Data may prevent SUPERBRANCHE from fulfilling the purpose(s) pursued by each Processing.

 

SUPERBRANCHE protects Personal Data through administrative, organizational, software, legal, technical and physical measures to ensure its security, confidentiality, integrity and availability, in accordance with applicable regulations.

Finally, the person concerned can define, with the trusted person they have designated, guidelines relating to the retention, erasure and communication of their Personal Data after their death.
